Fond of the Frog Pod

As a Mom, I sometimes find it challenging to find ways to effectively organize my son’s toys and other belongings. I recently happened upon the Frog Pod bath accessory by Boon Inc, and I think it’s great!

This colourful mildew-resistant green frog hangs on your shower wall, and keeps your child’s bath items under control. I love that you can store all their items in one place! The Frog Pod has a shelf on the top, allowing you to store their shampoo & bodywash, and you can hang things like a shower puff from the frog’s toes. The body of the frog is a detachable scoop with makes collecting bath toys easy as pie. Once you scoop up the toys, you can easily rinse them under the faucet, & re-attach it to the base.

The Frog Pod is wall mountable in 3 ways. Included in your purchase are 2 methods. One being adhesive strips (holds up to 10lbs), and the second being screws to secure it directly into the wall (holds up to 20lbs). The third method is to purchase the suction cup bracket, sold separately. When using the suction cup method, the Frog Pod holds 5lbs.

We personally chose the adhesive strip bracket, which we found easy to apply and has worked very well. We were uncomfortable drilling into our shower tile, so for us, this was a great option.

The Frog Pod does take up a fair amount of space (19" x 16 1/2" x 7"), and the toy storage area is a bit narrow for some toys, but most bath toys fit in there just fine! This product is versatile, fashionable and very user friendly!

This accessory is also available as a red or pink lady bug, called the Bug Pod.

The Frog Pod retails for approximately $34.99. For information on where to purchase the Frog or the Bug Pod, click here
